Oral presentation of conference paper will be limited to 12-minute presentation and 3-minute Question and Answer (Q&A).  If possible, we would like to minimise this.  Please strictly observe the time limit to facilitate presenters’ movements between sessions.

It is advisable for all presenters to upload their presentation materials into the virtual conference system at least two (2) weeks before the conference date (by 11 September 2022).

All information such as the title of your paper, author’s name, affiliation as well as your photo must appear on the first slide of your presentation. 

Presenters are required to be in the assigned presentation virtual room 10 minutes before the session starts, so that there is ample time for them to set up their presentation and to meet for briefing by the session chair.
